I graduated from North-West College with a certification in Dental Assisting and hold additional credentials in Basic Life Support, Radiology (X-ray license), Coronal Polishing, and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Assisting. With over 24 years of experience at Los Alamitos Oral Surgery, I bring deep knowledge, steady hands, and compassionate care to every patient interaction.
Beyond the clinic, I’m proud to be a dedicated wife, military mom, college mom, and grandma. I cherish time with my family and love camping whenever I get the chance.
Maria
I graduated from Bryman College with certifications in Basic Life Support, X-ray, Coronal Polishing, and Dental Assisting. After receiving my license as a Registered Dental Assistant, I went on to earn my Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant certification. I believe in always growing in my profession, so I take continuing education courses every year to keep my knowledge up to date.
I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Lee and Dr. Koraym for over 20 years, and I truly enjoy being part of a team that values patient care and compassion.
Outside of work, I enjoy all forms of dancing, spending quality time with my family, and discovering new flavors as a true food enthusiast. I’m currently taking part in the 52 Hike Challenge, which has deepened my love for the great outdoors. One of my greatest joys is doting on my furry grandpup, who always knows how to make me smile.

Sam is a certified surgical assistant with credentials in Basic Life Support and an X-ray license. She brings a strong clinical skill set to our team and is passionate about patient care and surgical excellence.
Outside the office, Sam enjoys being around water — she’s a swim instructor and a part-time lifeguard. She cherishes spending quality time with her family and brings that same warmth and dedication to our patients every day.

Amalia is a certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant and holds her X-ray license, bringing strong technical skills and attention to detail to every patient she assists. Her calm demeanor and steady presence help create a smooth, comfortable experience for both patients and team members.
Outside the office, Amalia is a proud cat mom with a fun creative streak - she’s known for dressing up her cats in adorable outfits and sharing the best photos. Her love for animals and her lighthearted spirit add a unique charm to our team.
